Kritériá výberového konania študentov na Národohospodárskej fakulte Ekonomickej univerzity (NHF EU) v Bratislave na zahraničné študijné pobyty, resp. študijné programy EU v Bratislave vychádzajú z medzinárodne stanovených všeobecných zásad realizácie zahraničných projektov a programov, ktoré sú obsahom medzinárodných zmlúv podpísaných predstaviteľmi Slovenskej republiky (SR), ktorými sa SR zaviazala dodržiavať všeobecné i špecifické pravidlá realizácie zahraničných projektov.

Referát zahraničných vzťahov NHF EU v Bratislave (ďalej RZV) zverejní ponuku študijného pobytu na informačnej tabuli RZV a na internetovej stránke RZV s uvedením termínu odovzdania prihlášok.

O zahraničné študijné pobyty sa môžu uchádzať študenti NHF EU v Bratislave, ktorí spĺňajú tieto podmienky:

  1. Sú riadnymi študentmi NHF EU v Bratislave, ktorí splnia kritériá spôsobilosti na vysokých školách a univerzitách v zahraničí v zmysle uvedených kritérií.
  2. Majú úspešne absolvované zapísané predmety z predchádzajúceho akademického roka, t.j. nemajú prenos kreditov z predchádzajúceho akademického roka (okrem študentov 1. ročníka 1. a 2. stupňa štúdia)
  3. Uchádzač vyplní prihlášku (Application Form), ktorá je k dispozícii na internetovej stránke OMM EU v Bratislave a RZV NHF EU v Bratislave a spolu so všetkými požadovanými prílohami ju odovzdá do určeného termínu na RZV. Nekompletné prihlášky, resp. prihlášky odovzdané po tomto termíne nebudú zaradené do výberového, resp. konkurzného konania.
  4. Uchádzači 3. ročníka, predložia čestné vyhlásenie o úmysle pokračovať v ďalšom štúdiu na druhom stupni na Národohospodárskej fakulte EU v Bratislave.

Povinná dokumentácia k výberovému konaniu na Erasmus+ mobilitu – štúdium :

  1. úplne vyplnená prihláška Erasmus+ (Student Application Form*), ktorá je dostupná https://www.studyabroad.sk/ (1 výtlačok), študent je povinný sa zaregistrovať na webovej stránke www.studyabroad.sk ešte pred výberovým konaním, manuál k prihlasovaniu je dostupný http://euba.sk/medzinarodne-vztahy/medzinarodne-vztahy/erasmus/preview-file/studyabroad-manual-student-15238.pdf .
  2. životopis a motivačný list v slovenskom a anglickom jazyku (každý 1 výtlačok), ktorý je potrebné vložiť aj do systému https://www.studyabroad.sk/
  3. výpis známok dovtedy absolvovaných predmetov (potvrdený a overený, 1 výtlačok); ktorý je potrebné nahrať do systému https://www.studyabroad.sk/ . Študent, ktorý bol nominovaný fakultou, je povinný zabezpečiť si výpis známok aj v anglickom jazyku najneskôr do 15 dní od schválenia študijného pobytu) a aj tento dokument nahrať do systému https://www.studyabroad.sk/ .
  4. predpokladaný prehľad predmetov, ktoré bude študent na zahraničnej univerzite študovať (platí pre všetky univerzity, ktoré sú uvedené v Application Form - na jednu A4) **, dokument je potrebné nahrať aj do systému https://www.studyabroad.sk/ .
  5. v prípade, že si fakulta/program stanoví ďalšie podmienky, je nevyhnutné, aby tieto boli splnené

* v Application Form študent uvedie 4 školy v poradí podľa priorít, na ktorých by chcel Erasmus+ mobilitu - štúdium absolvovať. Študent môže byť zaradený na ktorúkoľvek školu, ktorú si uviedol do prihlášky, a preto musia predmety na každej z týchto vybraných univerzít korešpondovať so študijným odborom na domácej fakulte. Prehľad univerzít, s ktorými má Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave podpísané Erasmus+ Bilaterálne dohody sa nachádza http://euba.sk/medzinarodne-vztahy/medzinarodne-vztahy/erasmus/dohody-erasmus---prehlad-zmluvnych-partnerov . (pozn.: niektoré Erasmus+ Bilaterálne dohody sú určené len pre konkrétnu fakultu, resp. študijný odbor)

** študent si vyberá predmety podľa študijného odboru, ktorý študuje na domácej univerzite.

RZV vypíše termín konkurzu minimálne 14 dní pred jeho uskutočnením s výnimkou prípadov, kedy nie je možné tento termín dodržať vzhľadom na požiadavku organizátora študijného pobytu na urýchlený výber uchádzačov na tento pobyt.

Konkurzné konanie sa uskutočňuje formou pohovoru s uchádzačom , ktorý prebieha v jazyku, v ktorom má uchádzač absolvovať štúdium. Súčasťou konkurzného konania je aj posúdenie uchádzačom predložených materiálov. Uchádzači, ktorí sa osobne nezúčastnia konkurzného konania, budú z tohto konania vyradení.

Výberové, resp. konkurzné konanie uskutočňuje Komisia pri NHF EU v Bratislave pre výber kandidátov na študijné pobyty v zahraničí. V prípade nižšieho počtu uchádzačov ako je stanovená kvóta pre študijné pobyty, prebieha výberové konanie len na základe prihlášky a priložených materiálov (životopis, motivačný list, odborný program pobytu, resp. študijný plán pobytu, doklad o jazykových znalostiach a i.).

Výsledky výberového, resp. konkurzného konania oznámi RZV najneskôr do 10 dní odo dňa zasadnutia Komisie na informačnej tabuli RZV a na internetovej stránke RZV. Predložené materiály Komisia uchádzačom nevracia.

V prípade, že sa študent 3. ročníka prvého stupňa štúdia nominovaný na študijný pobyt nezapíše do 1. ročníka druhého stupňa študijného programu NHF EU v Bratislave, jeho nominácia sa zruší.

Pri žiadostiach doktorandov sú kritériom výberu výsledky plnenia študijného programu doktorandského štúdia.

International education at the university level allows students to obtain high quality education and improves their opportunities at the international labour market. Expansion of international cooperation is one of the NHF EU priorities.

International study programmes are integral and very important part of the NHF EU activities, which allow for mobility of teachers, PhD students and secondary degree students. They bring international dimension into the university education and research, provide benchmark to compare quality of education with other institutions.

NHF EU is involved in many international programmes, standard European education and research programmes among them, as well as bilateral cooperation with European universities and/or universities around the world. Cooperation with the U.S. universities is also in place, mainly via Fulbright Commission.

Within European educational programmes, departments of the NHF EU have been involved in the programmes LLP, ERASMUS, CEEPUS, Leonardo da Vinci, and of European Social Fund.

The most common programmes

  • ERASMUS+ is a European Union education programme, which offers students to spend a semester at the foreign university, and/or attend selected courses and use the credits obtained in the own study programme undertaken at the NHF EU.

This programme also includes teachers’ mobility. This implies opportunities for teachers to lecture at the European universities, where they may work as visiting professors or visiting scholars.

NHF EU is also involved into other ERASMUS programme – “Intensive Programme”, which provides students with opportunity to attend 2-weeks study visits aimed at European integration.

NHF EU is also involved in two summer school programmes:

  1. Summer school organised by University of Goettingen
  2. Summer school organised in cooperation with Torun School of Banking
  • CEEPUS stands for a central European exchange programme of university studies. Currently active participants of this programme are Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Austria, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and since 2005 also Montenegro and Serbia.
  • Programs administered by Slovak Academy Information Agency, especially National Scholarship Programme and events Austria-Slovakia.

National scholarship programme

National Scholarship Programme of Slovak Republic is aimed to support mobility of foreign students, PhD students, university teachers and research staff in Slovak universities and research institutions. Scholarships are also intended for Slovak citizens - students and PhD students of Slovak universities (also in case that PhD study is being undertaken at the external institution in wording of the university legislation, for instance at the Slovak Academy of Science) - to cover for the cost of living during the attainment of the secondary level degree, or for the time of research during a PhD study at the selected foreign university, or research institution.

The following are scholarship types disbursed from National Scholarship Programme:

  1. Scholarships for students of Slovak universities for the period of one semester study of secondary level degree at the universities abroad.
  2. Scholarships for PhD students of Slovak universities and departments of Slovak Academy of Science during their PhD study for the period of 1 to 7 months at the university or research institution abroad.
  3. Scholarships for students of foreign universities for the period of one semester study of secondary level degree at Slovak universities.
  4. Scholarships for PhD students for the part of their full-time PhD study for the period of 1 to 7 months at Slovak universities or research institutions.

Fellowships for foreign university teachers and research staff for 1 to 7 months to cover for lecturing and/or research at any Slovak university, research institution or non-governmental organisations based on invitation.

International Visegrad Fund

International Visegrad Fund offers secondary and tertiary level degree scholarships for selected students for the period of 1 to 2 semesters (excl. secondary level degree scheme of scholarships In-Coming for 1 to 4 semesters covered).

Please note that for this call you can only apply for limited number of partner universities. 

The Department of International Mobility at the EU in Bratislava announces a new call for the academic year 2023/2024 for Study mobility within Erasmus+ Programme outside Europe with grant and Study Mobility at the Partner Universities without grant.

HOW TO PROCEED?

Application is available through the portal https://studyabroad.sk until 14.2.2023.

For filing an application, it is necessary to register with STUDY ABROAD and subsequently follow these steps:

  1. Fill the application for the ERASMUS+ study in the academic year 2023/2024. Be careful to choose the right academic year!
  2. Upload your photo. Section “Photo”
  3. Upload your structured curriculum vitae in the English language or in foreign language (if it is different from English) you will study in – in sections “CV in the foreign language”.
  4. Upload a letter of motivation in English or in a language you want to study in – sections “Letter of motivation (English)” and “Letter of motivation in a foreign language”.
  5. Language certificates – confirmation or certificates of State Language Proficiency Examination, prestigious language certificates, confirmed participation at foreign language summer schools, non-standardised language certificates etc. – section “Language certificates”. It is not necessary to certify language courses completed at the University of Economics in Bratislava.
  6. Other – you can upload various awards and certificates of in-school and after-school activities which can help you gain additional points, e.g. Student's Scientific and Vocational Activity, international awards and awards within the EU, membership in organizations within the UE in Bratislava and outside of it (student parliament, Buddy system, AIESEC, OIKOS etc.), membership in sports team, authorship of work of art, etc. – section “Other”.
  7. Submit, print, and sign the application generated from the STUDY ABROAD system for the academic year 2023/2024. Please send a scanned copy to Ms. Jana Šipošová - . You do not have to attach any other documents besides the application, as we have them at our disposal in electronic form in the STUDY ABROAD system. That is why we ask you to carefully upload all these documents into the online system! Please make sure that you SEND the application in the system.

Information about the result of the selection procedure and a list of nominated student for the Erasmus+ will be published on a website of the Faculty of National Economy. Nominated students will continue to directly communicate with the UE in Bratislava student mobility programmes coordinators.
