Students from the Faculty of Economics and Finance at EUBA participated in the international Blended Intensive Program (BIP), titled “Business Simulation.” The project was organized in cooperation with the EUBA NHF, Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (Finland), and Hochschule Heilbronn (Germany).
During the five-day program, students engaged in a dynamic business simulation. Working in international teams, they assumed various company roles, including marketing, finance, and production. They made operational and strategic decisions based on business data and analyses. Their tasks included developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating financial plans, applying management accounting tools such as cost calculations, and effectively managing and motivating the workforce while considering production capacities.
The “Business Simulation” BIP took place from October 13 to 17, 2025. It offered valuable academic experience and a rich social program. Students enjoyed a joint dinner, visited the European Parliament in Strasbourg, and explored a local winery.
Partner universities will continue to cooperate — in March 2026, the next BIP round will be held at NHF EUBA in Bratislava, welcoming students from Finland and Germany.
