Short bio:
Peter serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economic Policy at UEBA, Faculty of Economics and Finance. Concurrently, he is a Senior Researcher at the Research Department of the National Bank of Slovakia. His prior engagements include positions as an Economic Analyst at the Czech National Bank and at the Institute for Financial Policy of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic. With a specialization in applied econometrics, his research interests encompass household economics, labor economics, analyses of firm-level productivity, and macroeconomic forecasting. He has contributed to publications in journals such as the Oxford Economic Papers, the B.E. Journal of Macroeconomics, the IZA Journal of Labor Policy, the Czech Journal of Economics and Finance, and the Economic Journal (Ekonomický časopis).
