The Academic Senate of the University of Economics in Bratislava decided at its meeting on April 12, 2018,  that the deadline for acceptace of the application for study programs tought in foreign languages, for International Finance and Global Finance at the NHF UEBA, is extended until 31.5.2018.

Podľa Zásad volieb NHF EU v Bratislave do Akademického senátu NHF EU v Bratislave za zamestnaneckú a študentskú časť boli Volebnou komisiou stanovené nasledovné termíny:

1. Voľby do AS NHF EU za zamestnaneckú časť sa budú konať 15.5.2018 v čase od 9:00 hod. do 15:00 hod v miestnosti 1C02
2. Návrhy na kandidátov do AS NHF EU v Bratislave za zamestnaneckú časť bude možné odovzdať 24.4. 2018 v čase od 12:30 hod do 14:00 hod. v miestnosti 2B50.
3. potvrdenie prijatia kandidatúry navrhnutými kandidátmi do AS NHF EU v Bratislave za zamestnaneckú časť bude možné vykonať 2.5. 2018 v čase od 12:30 hod. do 14:00 hod. v miestnosti 2B50.

In the week of 16 to 20 April 2018, the University of Economics in Bratislava (UEBA) is going to welcome 16 representatives from 15 foreign partner universities from Europe, Asia, Africa and North America at the Joint International Week organized in cooperation with WU – the University of Economics in Vienna with a support from the Erasmus+ programme

For a complete list of participants, please see Attachment 1.

The first part of the programme (Monday to Wednesday) will be held at the University of Economics in Bratislava, where the participants will be welcomed by the UEBA’s Rector, Mr. Ferdinand Daňo and the Ambassador of Austria to Slovakia, H.E. Mr. Helfried Carl. The second part (Thursday to Friday) will be held at the University of Economics in Vienna with participation of the Ambassador of Slovakia to Austria, H.E. Mr. Peter Mišík.

Throughout the event, the guests will be involved in educational process at respective faculties; they will participate in professional seminars focused on soft skills development, and there is also a number of accompanying activities prepared for them. In their lectures and seminars, they will discuss macroeconomics, management, marketing, banking and human resources management. The lectures will be held in English and one in the Czech language. Schedule of guest lectures is available in Attachment 2. If you are interested in some of these topics, you are invited to participate in the lectures as long as the lecture room capacities allows.

Dear students,

As every semester, also this time we would like to ask you to express your opinion on teachers and subjects that you will take this semester. To make processing of data easier, and to keep anonymity of your answers, we approach survey via electronic questionnaires by Google Forms also this year. Questionnaires will be filled in 9th week of summer semester (from 9.04.2018 to 14.04.2018) during lectures. Anonymous inquiry is organized by electronic form therefore; it is needed to have smartphone or notebook. Results of the inquiry will be processed as well as announced after examination period. Each student has right to assess all subjects, he or she went through in winter semester 2017/2018. We do mind your opinion and by objective filling of the questionnaire, you contribute to further improvement of the study at University of Economics in Bratislava. List of subjects on which will be the questionnaire distributed for specific years is in the attachment.

Národohospodárska fakulta a Protimonopolný úrad SR si dovoľujú pozvať Vás a Vašich kolegov na konferenciu s názvom Aktuálne trendy v oblasti hospodárskej súťaže, ktorá sa uskutoční dňa 25. 10. 2017 v Aule Ekonomickej univerzity v Bratislave.

Autorský kolektív z Katedry bankovníctva a medzinárodných financií, s finančnou podporou Nadácie ČSOB, v spolupráci s Nadáciou Národohospodár a vydavateľstvom Wolters Kluwer, vydal knižnú publikáciu s názvom „Dôchodkové fondy vo svete a na Slovensku“. Publikácia autorského kolektívu v zložení Ing. Peter Árendáš, PhD., prof. Ing. Božena Chovancová, PhD., Ing. Vladimír Gvozdják, Ing. Jaroslav Hudcovský, Ing. Michaela Dorocáková a Ing. Patrik Slobodník sa zaoberá problematikou dôchodkových systémov s dôrazom na rôzne schémy dôchodkového sporenia, ktoré fungujú na Slovensku a v zahraničí.

Kniha „Dôchodkové fondy vo svete a na Slovensku“ prináša nielen prehľad historického vývoja a súčasného stavu, ale aj analýzu fungovania slovenských a zahraničných dôchodkových fondov. Čitateľ sa tak môže oboznámiť so základnými historickými udalosťami, ktoré mali významný vplyv na vývoj systémov dôchodkového zabezpečenia, ako aj so špecifikami fungovania týchto systémov vo vybraných krajinách, ako sú USA, Nemecko, Čile, Čína alebo Japonsko. Výrazná pozornosť je venovaná tiež hĺbkovej analýze vývoja a výkonnosti slovenských dôchodkových fondov druhého a tretieho piliera dôchodkového zabezpečenia.

Ing. Peter Árendáš, PhD. (vedúci autorského kolektívu): „Sme veľmi radi, že sa nám podarilo publikovať monografiu „Dôchodkové fondy vo svete a na Slovensku“. V mene autorského kolektívu by som sa chcel poďakovať Nadácii ČSOB, ktorá podporila vydanie tejto publikácie v rámci projektu „Kapitalizačný pilier dôchodkového zabezpečenia na Slovensku a v zahraničí“. Verím, že svojim zameraním a kvalitou má potenciál osloviť veľkú časť nielen odbornej, ale aj laickej verejnosti.“
