Katedra poisťovníctva Národohospodárskej fakulty Ekonomickej univerzity v Bratislave v spolupráci so spoločnosťou SAS Slovakia, s.r.o. zorganizovala v rámci Týždňa vedy a techniky 2012 dňa 05.11.2012 workshop pre študentov 3. ročníka 1. stupňa štúdia študijného programu Poisťovníctvo v priestoroch spoločnosti SAS Slovakia, s.r.o. pod názvom „Analýza marketingu poisťovní“.

Dňa 24. októbra 2012 sa na pôde NHF EU v Bratislave uskutočnila v rámci „Bratislava Economic Seminar“ prednáška prof. N. Acocella zo Sapienza University of Rome na tému „The theory of economic policy: from a theory of control to a theory of conflict (resolutions)“. Semináre spoluorganizuje odbor výskumu NBS s Katedrou hospodárskej politiky NHF EU v Bratislave a Centrom pre ekonómiu a financie FMFI UK.

V dňoch 27. – 28. septembra 2012 Katedra bankovníctva a medzinárodných financií Národohospodárskej fakulty Ekonomickej univerzity v Bratislave organizovala medzinárodnú vedeckú konferenciu „7th International Conference on Currency, Banking and International Finance - How Does the Central and Eastern Europe Cope up with the Global Financial Crisis?“, ktorej výstupy sa budú uchádzať o zaradenie do databázy Web of Knowledge ® u spoločnosti Thomson Reuters.

Dňa 25. – 29. júna 2012 sa na pôde Ekonomickej univerzity v Bratislave uskutočnilo celosvetové podujatie „INPUT-OUTPUT konferencia“, ktoré sa konalo po záštitou ministra financií SR Petra Kažimíra a rektora EU v Bratislave Dr. h. c. prof. Ing. Rudolfa Siváka, PhD.
